Jennifer Crouch has worked within the early childhood care and education industry for more than 19 years. Before coming to OTC in 2015, she served as the administrator for a faith-based child care center and then a private for-profit center. Most recently, she served as the executive director at University Child Care Center for 12 years. Each day, she receives big hugs from more than 80 preschoolers at OTC’s Early Childhood Education Center.
