OTC College Services

OTC has many services throughout the college, which provide valuable resources to students, faculty and staff members. The four broad service areas are Administrative, Finance, Safety and Security, and Information Technology.

Administrative Services runs the day-to-day operations at the college such as building construction, maintenance and grounds keeping. It also manages the bookstore, fitness center and Café 101. Financial Services handles the college’s general accounting needs. It manages tuition and fees as well as working with students to solve any financial problems that may arise during their time at OTC.

The Safety and Security Department ensures the protection of all students, employees and visitors. The department also manages vehicle registration, emergency notification and the lost and found. The Information Technology Department is responsible for installing and maintaining campus networks and electronic devices. Its staff also provide IT training for students and employees.
