Cafe 101 is OTC’s one-stop cafe shop serving students, faculty, staff and visitors. Located in the Information Commons on the Springfield campus, the café houses four unique dining offerings: Champs Chicken, YoshiJen, Pizza Inn Express, and bluTaco. These offer a variety of reasonably priced foods for breakfast and lunch, so everyone is sure to find something they like. Catering services are available upon request.

 

Hours are 7:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Place a Café To-Go order online for in store pickup, or delivery anywhere on the Springfield campus, from 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
