Room Reservations

College buildings and grounds are primarily intended, and will be made available, for college programs, activities, and operations.

Requests for use by persons, groups or organizations affiliated or unaffiliated with the college, will be resolved in accordance with the time, place, and manner restrictions expressed in this policy and its accompanying procedures, all of which will be administered in a manner designed to advance the mission of the college, preserve the order necessary to conduct customary college operations and activities, protect the safety of persons and security of property, and maintain the aesthetic appearance of the campus.

All college policies, guidelines and regulations must be observed by groups utilizing college facilities.

Fees: Fees may be charged for facility use based on the size and set up of the room, equipment utilized and terms of use.

Common Area Agreements: Users may be required to sign a usage agreement.

Certificate of Liability Insurance: Users may be required to furnish a Certificate of Liability Insurance.

OTC reserves the right to prohibit use that may provide a safety or security risk or deviate from the college’s goals and mission.

Reserving a Conference Room, Event Space, or Classroom

For reservations on the Springfield Campus, conference rooms are reserved using Outlook. Search for a conference room by typing the conference room’s name or room number into the “location” button within the meeting invite.

PMC103A – Max capacity for tables and chairs (classroom style) is 50.
PMC103B – Max capacity for tables and chairs (classroom style) is 50.
PMC103AB – Max capacity for tables and chairs (classroom style) is 120.
LCN211 – Max capacity for tables and chairs (classroom style) is 100.
