Room Reservations

College buildings and grounds are primarily intended, and will be made available, for college programs, activities, and operations.

Requests for use by persons, groups or organizations affiliated or unaffiliated with the college, will be resolved in accordance with the time, place, and manner restrictions expressed in this policy and its accompanying procedures, all of which will be administered in a manner designed to advance the mission of the college, preserve the order necessary to conduct customary college operations and activities, protect the safety of persons and security of property, and maintain the aesthetic appearance of the campus.

College facilities will not be made available for private parties or events.

All college policies, guidelines and regulations must be observed by groups utilizing college facilities.

Catering: Groups using college facilities may utilize catering services offered by the college. Please contact catering@otc.edu or (417) 447-8128.

Fees: Fees may be charged for facility use based on the size and set up of the room, equipment utilized and terms of use. Facility use fees are in addition to catering fees.

Certificate of Liability Insurance: Users may be required to furnish a Certificate of Liability Insurance and will be required to sign a Common Area Use Agreement. OTC reserves the right to prohibit use that may provide a safety or security risk or deviate from the college’s goals and mission.
